I am a Public Relations/Communication student at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR a musician, and food connoisseur  Most of my time away from school is spent performing with VAIL, an Industrial Rock band out of Hot Springs, AR, as well as a part-time job at a local restaurant.  Between traveling with the band and juggling homework, school, and work it gets hard to have a home cooked meal that’s affordable, easy, fresh, healthy, and does not come from a cup or fast food joint.  So with a little persuasion from one of my professor at UCA I’ve began my blogging journey.
